Smaller Items (Small Parcel)
These items are small enough to safely ship with UPS or FedEx. Available shipping options may vary depending on the item but generally include:
- 1-Day Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 1 business day once the order ships.
- 2-Day Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 2 business days once the order ships.
- Ground Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days once the order ships.
Large Items (Large Parcel)
We want to ensure your order is delivered to you in perfect condition quickly and efficiently. Items that are too large, fragile or heavy to ship with UPS / FedEx will ship with large parcel carriers who specialize in furniture delivery. We automatically select the best team of carriers for your delivery. Your order will be carefully and professional handled from start to finish making sure it arrives to you safe and sound.
The Delivery Process:
- Available shipping options may vary depending on the item. All options will be displayed at checkout.
- Your order is shipped from the warehouse. We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is in transit.
- Your order is delivered to a Local Carrier. Your order is professionally transported with care by a Large Parcel carrier to a Delivery Carrier in your local area that specializes in professional residential delivery.
- Delivery Day. Please make sure to inspect your order upon delivery. If you have concerns regarding the condition or packaging or your item, simply describe the issue on the delivery paperwork provided by the driver, sign and accept your order and contact us for assistance.
- Transit time for Large Parcel orders is approximately 1-2 weeks.

Do All Products Come with a Warranty?
All products come with a 3-month factory warranty starting from the date of delivery. During this period, the Buyer may request partial replacement, or full replacement in the case of manufacturing defects.
Warranty Exclusions:
The factory warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, or accidents, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, unless approved in writing by the Seller.
- Products purchased from sources other than our website.
- Products that have their own specific warranty policy.
The warranty is provided directly by the factory, and we will forward your warranty claim to them. Please note that we have no control over the factory's decision, and all judgments regarding warranty claims made by the factory are final.
Warranty Claim Requirements:
To submit a warranty claim, the Buyer must provide:
- Proof of purchase.
- At least three images of the product, including clear pictures of the defects.
- A detailed description of the issue and circumstances related to the defect.
Additional Warranty Notes:
- In the event that the product has been discontinued, we may issue a refund between 30% to 40% of the purchase price if the claim is approved.
- Please note that shipping costs are not covered by the factory warranty and customers are responsible for each shipping costs.
